General Features

• One ring is located on each spindle.
• The machine can perform both **Z and S twists simultaneously**, provided the line speed is constant.
• Capable of winding onto 3 different types of bobbins/spools.
• Can produce with the following winding types.
• The machine is controlled via a **PLC control panel**.
• Rings can be lubricated at the desired time via the PLC screen with **automatic lubrication**.
• The desired speed for the up and down movement of the ring rail can be adjusted via the PLC screen.
• Rubber pressure rollers are controlled by pneumatic cylinders. They automatically move the yarn when the machine starts.
• The start time for the rubber pressure rollers to engage the yarn can be set via the PLC screen.
• To prevent wear at a single point on the rubber pressure rollers, the yarn traverses left and right with the help of a motor, ensuring even wear.
• Meter counting is done via the stepping axis. Meter counting is not performed on every single motor.
• When the desired meter count/twisting amount is completed, the ring rails automatically return to the start position.
• If the ring rail moves unintentionally, it automatically stops via limit switches to prevent system damage.
• A wired emergency stop switch is provided to prevent accidents involving the pressure rollers.
