- Each strand can use 6 untwisted yarns from an extruder or pre-twisted yarns.
- The winding equipment of the twisting section operates with hydraulic assistance.
- Twisting gears suitable for all production types are available.
- The twisting section can be operated independently if required.
- Features direct-to-hank winding. When the desired meterage is reached, the product is tied off on the machine to prepare for new production.
- Rope traverse winding is easily adjustable with a mechanical traversing unit (Uhing).
- Can process polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, and natural yarns into rope. The feeding speed can be adjusted on the PLC screen to set the desired twist frequency.
- The machine has an enclosed cabin.
- Interior lighting is provided.
- The machine consists of 2 separate groups.
- Machine doors are monitored for automatic stop to prevent work accidents.
