The turnkey solution we offer covers all stages from the entry of polypropylene raw material into the line to the packaged final product:

• Extrusion and Molding: Our high-capacity extruder unit melts the raw material and gives the fibers their initial form by passing them through specially designed molds.
• Hot Stretching and Annealing: The produced fibers are passed through multi-roller hot stretching and annealing ovens to regulate their molecular structure and maximize their strength.
• Embossing (Surface Patterning) and Cooling: Special patterns are applied to the surface of the fibers with embossing rollers to ensure they adhere more effectively to the concrete, and they are then cooled in a controlled manner.
• Precision Cutting: The high-speed and precision cutting unit cuts the cooled fiber strips to the desired millimetric dimensions (e.g., 36mm, 48mm, 54mm), turning them into the final product.
• Automatic Weighing and Packaging: The cut fibers are transported by conveyor systems to the automatic weighing and packaging unit. Here, they are bagged in the desired weights (e.g., 1kg, 5kg, 20kg) and made ready for shipment.
